The 86th annual Feast of St. Sebastian returns to Kaveny Field, Montclair, promising great fun with rides, games, bocce, face painting and plenty of wonderful food. A fifth day was added to the feast this year because of the popularity of the carnival and celebrations.
Festivities end on Sunday, August 26, 3:30 pm with the Procession of the statue of St. Sebastian beginning at Our Lady of Mount Carmel through the streets of Montclair, where it will arrive at the feast at 6:30 pm.
Kaveny Field is a 2.2-acre community softball field that is used for play by local softball and junior baseball teams. The field also has lights for night games. Restrooms are available at the field.
