Watchung Booksellers' Event to Benefit Montclair Animal Shelter
Author Jane Paley will be at Watchung Booksellers on Saturday, March 31, 1:00 p.m. to give a reading of her book, Hooper Finds a Family. She will be joined by her dog, Hooper himself. This event doubles as a benefit for the Montclair Township Animal Shelter – a portion of the proceeds from Watchung Booksellers’ sales on animal-related books will go to the Shelter. Some of the Shelter’s animals will also be present outside the store during and after the event for a "meet and greet." Donations of toys and used towels and blankets for the Shelter’s animals will be accepted at this time.
